New Full-Time Faculty Orientation
**August 2019 Orientation**
We are delighted that you have chosen to join the faculty at Saint Louis University!
The next New Faculty Orientation will be held on Monday, August 19, 2019. A full breakfast and resource fair will begin at 8:15 a.m., with the program beginning promptly at 9:00am, in the Busch Student Center (BSC) on the North Campus. Please confirm your attendance by completing the registration form.
When you arrive, please check in at the tables located in the hall outside of BSC 173 (on lower level). Here you will receive your name badge for the day and a welcome bag and folder.
Parking is located in the Laclede Garage. If you have a SLU parking permit, it is accepted at this garage. If you do not have a permit, you may still park for free in the Visitor Parking area of the garage, however you will need to obtain a parking voucher to exit the garage. Parking vouchers will be available at the orientation check-in tables if needed.
Faculty Benefits Orientations
All new faculty must attend a New Faculty Benefits Orientation. New employee orientations are held every Monday morning at 8:30 a.m. at the Wool Center. There will be additional benefit orientations for faculty beginning in July. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to RSVP for a benefits orientation or with any questions about benefits enrollment.

New Adjunct Faculty Open House
An open house for new adjunct faculty will be held on Wednesday, August 28, 2019, from 5:00-7:30 p.m. Dinner will be served at 5:00 p.m., with the open house starting at 5:30 p.m. Other details, including location, are forthcoming.

International Faculty Resources
The International Faculty and Staff Association (IFSA) of Saint Louis University provides assistance to international staff and faculty with work-related (e.g. immigration, SLU resources) and personal affairs (e.g. doctor, housing), as well as organizes networking opportunities to celebrate the cultural diversity of our community.
