The Saint Louis University (SLU) Pep Band is a group of undergraduate students and Alumni that play for the sheer enjoyment of playing! The group is composed of Trumpets, Tubas, Trombones, Tenor Saxophones, Baritones, Alto Saxophones, French Horns, Clarinets, Piccolos, Electric Basses, and a Percussion Section. The group rehearses on Wednesday evenings during the Fall Semester in the basement of McDonnel-Douglas Hall on SLU's campus. The group performs for Women's and Men's Basketball home games at Chaifetz Arena on SLU's campus. With a song list of hits dating back to the Big Band era to recent tunes, the band adds to the general atmosphere of the game by being the biggest and best Billikens fans possible!
