Welcome to the SLU Kayak Club website, you're link for the latest club news, upcoming events, and meetings. The Kayak Club is a student run organization established in the Spring of 2002. The goal of the Kayak Club is to continually develop club members' kayaking skills, regardless of their current skill level. Any and all students are welcome to come and try out kayaking.
The club meets weekly on Tuesday evenings from 6-8:00 PM at the Simon Rec Center pool (enter through the locker rooms). Each week the instructors teach the members a variety of kayaking skills, be it a simple stroke, brace, or perhaps a rescue method.
