E-Board:
President:
The President will preside at all meetings of HALO; call for ordinary and special sessions; work closely with the rest of the elected board; and, be responsible for the signing of all documents which require official representation of HALO.
Vice President:
The Vice President of Internal Relations/President Elect will take over the duties of the President due to absence or incapacity; work closely with other members and groups at the university as required; and, take the initiative for the membership needs of HALO.
Treasurer:
The Treasurer will maintain record of any financial transaction that takes place as a result of any HALO activity; will work to develop strategies and initiatives to secure financial support and stability for HALO; and, provide leadership in the procurement of funding for the group's needs.
Secretary:
The Secretary will take minutes at all meetings and maintain the group's records; will take leadership in communicating with the general membership of activities that pertain to our association; and, will distribute to the general university population pertinent information about HALO.
Programming Chair:
The Programming Chair will be responsible of ke
eping programming objectives relevant to the interests of HALO. The person holding this position will be responsible of planning and carrying out successful events for the organization.
Community Outreach Chair:
The Community Outreach Chair will make sure that HALO is always active and helping the needs of the Hispanic Community of Saint Louis and of the SLU student body.
Communication Chair:
The Communication Chair will be responsible of keeping HALO members, and the SLU community of every HALO event and present situations. This person will also be responsible of recruiting new HALO members among the SLU community.
Membership & Development :
Historian:
The Historian will act as the group's archivist, keeping and recording its trajectory and accomplishments
