Robert Pampel, Ph.D.
Robert's duties include overseeing the strategic development of the office, including curricular design, advising philosophy, and alumni outreach and development. He represents the Honors Program on various campus committees and teaches a section of the Honors Crossroads class in the Honors Learning Community. Robert has been a member of the Honors Program staff since 2014, serving first as the assistant director. He was appointed director in 2018. He holds a B.A. in English from Valparaiso University, an M.A. in International Relations from Webster University, and a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Saint Louis University.
Louise Edwards Neiman, M.A.
Louise manages operational aspects of the program, including programmatic data, student records, and experiential learning opportunities. Louise joined the Honors Program staff in 2018 after serving as an academic advisor in the Doisy College of Health Sciences at SLU. She holds a B.A. in Theatre and English from the University of Notre Dame and an M.A. in Drama from Washington University in St. Louis.
Brooke Taylor, Ph.D.
Brooke offers academic advising for honors students and serves as SLU’s campus representative for nationally competitive scholarships and fellowships, providing guidance to all SLU students who wish to apply. She also teaches a section of the Honors Crossroads class. She joined the Honors Program staff in 2020. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Columbia College, and an M.A. and Ph.D. in English and American Literature from Washington University in St. Louis.

Annie Henning, M.S.
Annie supports the co-curricular experience, including advising the Honors Student Association (HSA) executive board and Path, the peer mentor and wellness program. She manages the Honors Program's social media accounts and serves as a liasion to the Honors Learning Community and Housing and Residence Life. Annie joined the Honors Program staff in 2019. She holds a B.S. in Corporate Communication with a minor in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University and an M.S. in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Missouri State University.
